spend the rest of the day looking for a couple of funny jokes that you can drop into conversation between races, offer to go to the bar when the girls arent happy about the queues, and essentially ensure you are good company (they always appreciate someone that listens to them attentively)...your biggest mistake would be to be the man responsible for them going home with empty purses. Hire a George Clooney mask and a codpiece, and rob your wife/mum's purse so you can flash the money about.

try to avoid betting/putting up shorties, but think this is a decent tool.
4.20 OTAGO TRAIL might get around 7-4,hopefully go of in front and run this lot into the ground. have a good day. |

it's quite a tricky card, maybe steer them towards some placepot perms to have an interest all afternoon and perhaps back alan kings in the bumper
it's v trappy and i wouldn't even bother going for the betting, just the quality of the animals you will see |

Cheers guys. I enjoy a day at the races but literally am clueless.
I always lean towards backing horses running at 8/1 to 16/1 or so. I go expecting to lose but that way if anything wins it will be a bit of a result. Any suggestions for the place pots? Thanks. |
