Hislop is ok but uses 20 words when one will do. Goes on and on and on to ask a simple question like she did Saturday when interviewing Henderson after racing. She spoke 20 words to his one.

Calvin was next to useless as Betfair's PR man and another waffler.

Tanya can't string a sentence together and I've seen better dressed scarecrows.

Never heard of the other freeloader so to answer your original question.............no.

Why are they a joke? A night in a pub, drinks flowing and listening to Cheltenham opinion and banter. Sounds like an ok Wednesday night.

I cannot think of anything more damaging to your long term punting prospects than frequenting one of these shams. First of all they are rarely populated by anyone who knows anything about successful betting. Secondly they add more cement to the already damaging weight in most peoples minds that punting revolves around solving Cheltenham. Next year I will run an Improve your betting night in which we will analyse Wolverhampton the night before Cheltenham. The panel will include one or two people who bet for a living

Don't forget your MC for the night, Rishi Persad.

I think they are ok for a laugh but these days, the analysis of every race is prefaced.... "If Willie Mullins decides to run XXXXX, in this race, then....."

scared I've never lost money on one. You have to get the line up right, price it right and the right venue. Just do it for a bit of fun. Used to promote gigs for a living going back a few years
