Am about 30 miles SE of Leicester and it has been lagging it down since I got up this morning. Would be staggered if the Chase course was anything like GS.

Am even nearer to Oadby and the rain has just stopped but having just been for a short walk wood be amazed if the going is anything better than soft and heavy in places. Would not bet on anything until shortly before the first race because there could well be a good few non runners once the trainers arrive and see the conditions.
