The website is very slow this morning and it is not possible to authenticate accounts so members are missing out (again)

It is disappointing the Customer Services (0207 748 3771) has a message advising it unable to answer calls at the moment.

I seem to remember the site was also unavailable some weeks ago for several hours at a critical time for placing bets and there have been other occasions.  It is disappointing that there is no way to get information as to the extent of the problem and how long it is going to take to resolve.  When the site last had problems I don’t remember seeing a subsequent communication on the website or by email explaining what the problem was which is poor for a paid for service.
