Hi. Question please. At home on my WIFI I can watch Betfair live video perfectly with no problems but when I am out and connect via a 4G portable modem the video screen remains blank and black. Does anyone know if this is a known problem? Very frustrating as I am often on the move and want to view a few races, The 4G wireless modem should more than adequate for speed purposes(but hey I could be wrong).Cheers Clinton

Isn't Horseracing LV (I assume we're talking HR LV and not Tennis or the like?) limited to UK & Ire customers? So maybe your home WiFi IP resolves to UK and Ire but your 4G provider is located somewhere else or otherwise makes you look as though you're abroad?
