Chuck in Annie for the Mares and you've got a 38/1 cert for Day 1!

I can see the Allez Colombieres / Vautour /Faugheen / Annie Power four-timer proving a popular bet on Day 1. Rich Ricci really does have some army of horses to go to war with this season.

385/1 if you chuck him in as well!

Starting to get very worried that Vautour will run in the JLT myself, and I've had a not insignificant bet on him for the Arkle.

To be fair there are probably worse 385/1 shots. No need to tell me anything can happen between now and March but if the 4 of these turn up on Day 1 in their respective races, I suspect the odds would be a lot, lot shorter !

Picking 4 certainties already for day one next March is quite amazing

Un De Sceaux will not go further than 2 miles at Cheltenham and if he impresses I can see Vautor going 2m 4f instead as Ruby will want to be on both.

Why won't UDS not go further than 2m considering he has already won twice over 2m4f in France on very testing ground?

It's the Arkle or Queen Mother Champion Chase for UDS ... that's if he turns out to be good enough!

I wouldn't take much notice to what Willie Mullins says at this stage.

I would attach far more substance to the fact that the Arkle is a much more prestigious race,Vautour is the proven Cheltenham horse as the Supreme novices winner and would be surprised if he doesn't follow Champagne Fever's path.

Most importantly of all though Rich Ricci's interests will always be on a higher platform than Eugene O'Connells and  Vautour will run in the Arkle (unless Queen mother really cuts up and even then Champagne Fever could end up in that).

UDS will more than likely be around run at the festival (JLT) this year but Vautour will have priority.

# UDS will more than likely be allowed to run..............
