How does Danseur De Feu hold its price all day as a reserve at 11/1 best price. only for when the horse gets Into the race BETV1ctor have an opening price on there place betting 3 places of 11/1. The horse is then offered at 30/1+ on betfair to win. This horse is a C&D winner who ran well last time so has the horse already gone back home or was it not even trained for the race but is in it for a race gallop

Seems to be support for it now, personally think Norville has a chance off this mark with a good low draw, EW.

Perhaps - the 11/1 was/is something to do with a potential  Rule 4 Deduction - if, even as a Reserve - it does not run - But is still in their 'Early Prices' Market.

Different Bookies have different Rules about Non-Runners and Rule 4s, in Irish races.

All very unsatisfactory - for people who (can still) bet with Bookies.

Will watch the replay again but It looked to me like the Jockey reined back as soon as he was out the stalls and never put the horse in the race
