@ stewarts rise, obv there are apps that enable you to "find your phone" there is a couple of videos on youtube where phones have been stolen and using the apps they have caught up with the thief, why cant they put the relevant technology into the frames of bikes, anything else valuable or even the collars of dogs and cats ?
