He's certainly got some donkeys in his yard at the moment, thats for sure. Hope Luke Morris is picking up a decent retainer for riding that garbage.

He has never had a endless  supply of great horses ,nothing like it

remember reading he gets 3rd/4th choice from Cheveley Park Stud .

just looked at his 5 year stats and not the worst 18% ish ,down this year though .

having met him a couple of times he came over as nothing other than a good guy ,time for everyone ,very approachable , a sound dude.

HTH .

Backed Duffield which cost him Savills support way back when, Training is just a hobby for the man but when he wants to he can deliver the goods.

some people love to put the boot in ,nothing to do with Horses .

Very capable trainer and not one to call his ducks swans .

Doing him a disservice his 5 year ave is a fairly respectable  22%

Reminds me of a golfer starting out - finds that he takes to the game well and can easily play to a 12 handicap - puts three cards in to the club to get his handicap mark - the scores he puts in are 105, 102 and 103 - gets a 28 handicap to start from and wins trophy after trophy ....
