It's an interesting debate. Are the stewards allowed to take into account that the 2nd is a bit of a rogue. If not it would be a marginal decision. Maybe just about keep it but the winning distance was only a head. If you take into account that the 2nd doesn't really want to go past and the winner was idling slightly then it keeps it for sure.
stewards just loading up on the fav, tea and biscuits arriving so could be a slight delay
Why is it some horses do not wanna lead?Is it the way they are trained?
if you start hanging into another horse and don't switch hands you run a bigger risk of getting DQ. I thought he had plenty of chance to switch hands on the winner
