after a few weeks of denial by corals they've finally agreed to pay out in full. it couldnt of been done without the help Paul at betdisputeadvice@gmail.com

he was referred to me by someone off the forum.... whos name i cant remember.... but i cant thank him enough. through his contacts and advice coral have finally held their hands up to their staffs negligence.

if anyone else has a dispute with a bookmakers then Paul is your man.

Coral tried it on with me with an offer they gave me (not sure why i had the offer in the first place though). I logged on and had a promo for place a bet on this and get a free matched stake for chelt day 1, week 2 place a bet on certain race and get a free matched bet for day 2 etc for all 4 days.

I placed a bet for the first qualifying race and no free bet showed so contacted them, they asked straight away for a screenshot of the promo and said I basically wasn't offered it. Was told Coral do not offer promos in that way and as I logged on I had another offer for a matched football bet. They then refused to honour the promo until I told them a journalist will be in touch. After numerous live chats by incompetent useless buffoons I finally got the promo, then the next week exactly the same issues saying I wouldn't be getting it!

Long story short(er) they tried everything on with me to not honour it, but they caved in under pressure. I had all of the screenshots up my sleeve anyway and had them bang to rights, but the moral of the story is always keep receipts/screenshots of as much as you can imo. Years ago it would have been honoured with no questions asked, now they must have board meetings to see what they can get away with. They even changed the terms to 50% from 100% when they sent me to the T&Cs.

Needless to say the account was restricted to peanuts and I couldn't even get the max bets on in the first place to get the full bonus, but a shocking firm. Rather they would have said "we offered you the promo by mistake" (which they obviously did as account was in profit) but all the lies were ridiculous so I wouldn't let it go.

Has the blackman who presented the "lost" ticket been apprehended by any chance?

not that i know of....the police investigation didnt need to be pursued in the end as it was handled "in house" at coral
