I don't know if any of you guys have noticed but during every single Channel 4 Racing programme these days somebody will slip in the word 'recalcitrant'. I'm sure it is their own private joke to find an opportunity each time to somehow slip the word in but it doesn't half wind me up.

I'll tell you something that annoys me about every Channel 4 racing programme.
They have got into the habit of starting every show with jockeys and trainers coming into the racecourse. We know that there are going to be jockeys and trainers there. We don't need to see them ******* coming in!
