Read from bottom up

1. I did not raise a query nor request personal assistance from your on line support function.

2. Your sentence "As our Best Odds Guaranteed offer has been designed to provide our Horse Racing customers with even more value,
unfortunately it has no longer become viable to offer you this promotion" is a non-sequiter.

I do not expect a reversal of your decision but I would appreciate a proper explanation of the reasons for your action so I can consider
my position fully and decide upon any further action.

Dear ,

We write this email as a recent review has highlighted your Sky Bet account as one which requires tighter liability management.

As our Best Odds Guaranteed offer has been designed to provide our Horse Racing customers with even more value, unfortunately it has no
longer become viable to offer you this promotion. With this in mind, any bets placed from this point forward will no longer apply for Best
Odds Guaranteed and will be settled at the price option taken upon placement.

We’ve come to this decision in full accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the promotion and those agreed to upon registration. These
are available to view online here: https://support.skybet.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/40
(https://support.skybet.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/40) and here: https://support.skybet.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/75
(https://support.skybet.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/75)

This decision is also final and will not be over turned. However, if you require any further assistance with your account, please do not
hesitate to contact us through our Help & Support site here: https://support.skybet.com/app/home (https://support.skybet.com/app/home)

I think it's a liberty to begin with that they send these via e-mail and I supposedly got one from Betv1ctor saying I was no longer allowed to participate in any bonus offers and yet on doing one (because I've never seen this e-mail) that was splashed all over their homepage and required me to sign into my account, I then lost a bet but wasn't awarded the bonus and when phoning up and asking why not was told I was excluded from doing so and had apparently been informed by email, although that's news to me.

I then asked so why wasn't there anything saying so on the "my account" section of their website when I signed in to warn me so that I didn't participate in a bonus offer that I was never ever going to be given anyway and they basically just said tough sh1t, we sent you an email.

I just think it's very poor form that these multi-million pound companies can stretch things to the price of a stamp and so they got a bet out of me that they would never have had if I knew from a printed letter that I had been excluded and even if they had sent an email, it could very well have gone directly to my junk folder and then been deleted unopened after a set number of days, assuming they even sent one at all.

So basically if you take a price and it shortens and wins, they limit you; and if it drifts and wins they remove BOG. In other odds they don't like you backing winners full stop.

If Racing Welfare really want to raise money for their charity they should organise a raceday at which bookies reps like Skybet 'Shinners',Jiwani,David Cameron clone 'Going Bald' Williams and Jon Ivan Duke are tied to chairs and on receipt of a donation one is handy a bucket of horsesh1t to tip over the slimeball of ones choice. I reckon it would do really well!
