yes, my bets aren't showing.  checked in current bets, still there, but all wiped from the racepage. most disconcerting

It's absolutely terrible, always seems to happen to me when I need to get on to trade an earlier position. Happens so bloody often.

this is a nightmare as it has got to the stage where we cannot trust Betfair anymore......laid the first winner at Ascot and wanted to back it back and system was so slow it wouldnt let me....then at Hexham I Backed the favourite in 2.30 and wanted to lay it back and again system wouldnt let me......can no longer trust it and give up

thats weird mines running fine, infact seems smoother. would be interested to know why it would effect some and not others?

same with me back favorite, but didnt know whether bet was matched, tried to watch on live vid wouldnt let me, so persumed bet not on, then when result came up bet had been placed **** site lately,

just use the purple site on betfair problem days, its not a lately thing its always been like it

Why does anyone bet with these lot when they cant even guarantee that you'll get your bets on?

Yes running slow.  The site indicated a bet hadn't been matched to so placed again which resulted in the bet being placed twice (it lost!).  Conversely another bet lay in running bet did not get matched despite the horse actually subsequently winning "The following bets could not be placed This market was suspended at the time of bet submission".  Swings and roundabouts but not conducive to betting in running that's for sure!

I am not having any difficulty with Gruss.

SITE ISSUES MESSAGE FROM BF IN THE HEADER PAGES IS A STEP FORWARD IN INFORMING US PUNTERS RATHER THAN THE OLD KEEPING US IN THE DARK

my problems were using Google Chrome......but just found it appears OK on INTERNET Explorer...that in it self is strange as a few months back they said they don't recommend IE
ALSO WHY did it take Betfair an hour to tell us as i am now £150 worse off whilst it has been so slow

Shyte software, trying to punt in the 3.15 just got the "wait whilst your bets are being placed" message for ages, trying to back at 12’s in running, bet could not be placed as soon as the horse was out with the washing, bet gets filled at 1000. Funny that!!!! I think there are integrity issues with this site and company?

As it happens so often on the saturday and at roughly the same time,you would think that investigating this pattern would give some clue as to what needs rectifying and they could then prepare for it
