Agent: Hello welcome to Betfair you are chatting with Lucy. How can I help?
Me: Hi Lucy, why cant I do a multiple bet at Meydan? Not showing among list of racecourses available for multiples yet?
Agent: Hi Patirck, are you using the sportsbook or the exchange to place this bet?
Me: exchange
Agent: ok we are fazing out placing multiples on the exchange Patrick, which is why you cant place this bet. You can use the sportsbook to place multiples in the future
Me: well I wont be placing multiple bets on the sportsbook as the minimum unit stake is 0.10 and as I wish to place a goliath I wanted to stake .05ew which is not accepted on sportsbook even though the bet runs to approx. 24euro. But I was able to place this stake on the exchange, please explain?
Agent: Ok I can see that betfair have made a business decision to limit your stakes on the sportsbook unfortunately, theres nothing I can do personally to change this. But this limit is not on your exchange bets, which is why you were able to place this stake on the exchange
Me: lol, limit my sportsbook bets??? I rarely if ever bet on the sportsbook, and by limiting you mean increasing the amount I can put on by making me bet 0.10 e/w rather than 0.05e/w? Peculiar business decision if you ask me, don't you think?
Me: hello?
Agent: I cant comment as to why Betfair have made this decision Patrick. As I said, this wont be changed so you can place bets on the exchange but as I have explained, multiples on the exchange are being fazed out
Me: Ok, thanks anyway, btw will be posting this chat to the forum so that I can get feedback from other customers, thank you

You'd think they could at least spell 'phased' correctly.
