form is all about interpretation, frontier fighter has improved 10 lbs since they last raced , dont see why you would think that DH
was better off today, form book shows there was nothing between them LTO.

you refer to the formbook roadrunner, when did that exist on all weather racing, as has happened on numerous occasions in the past.........

roadrunner I think you confuse going up 10lbs in the handicap with improving by 10lbs, not the same thing by a long chalk

would say the horse has improved 10lbs, was rated in the low 80's when notebooked it last march.

i bet if Dubai Hills could talk he would say " Mr Acting Steward, i did my best there in that race, fact that i was not out of my box for three weeks could tell you that i needed the  race ...........

grendal you made the claim that this was the best horse of an era, compare the two horses profiles, you will find that FF has
won nearly as much prize money as DH, and has raced 19 times less than DH. think know which one is the better horse to my mind.

are you saying dubai hills was fit to race today and that some knew it wasn't

i had no problems with the winner but the stable mate was beat miles out it wasn't fit.

winner was entitled to win that race, sure lot of form readers would of come to the same conclusion, nobody knows why horses

Dubai Hills clearly has better Southwell form than Frontier Fighter , however with DH not turning up than FF was entitled to win as it did

how comes FF has won off 95 a higher mark than DH 93 at southwell, if you think thats the better form. no doubt DH is a specialist
so is FF.

The race FF won off 95 was an awful race and has not worked out at all, the race DH won off 93 is littered with winners and imo is far better form.

DH also has far better speed figures than FF has ever managed.

Roadrunner you are talking out your arrse now Dubai Hills has won its last 6 ON THE SPIN at Southwell it was tailed off beaten by a horse it could pick up and carry in 3rd. Was 5/4 in places this morning and goes out to 11/4 then clipped back in was not off a yard today the stable KNEW that's why the winner was smashed up the betting told you that now get your for book and wipe your mouth with it because you are spouting some amount of shittteeeeeee. I have stated my views on 'Meara on this forum before.

Please note his words in preview of the race I read yesterday.  You could not back the heavy backed favourite on that write up... but someone did!

DAVID O'MEARA holds a strong hand in Southwell's Class 2 £21,000 feature today with his two representatives, Dubai Hills and Frontier Fighter, boasting solid credentials at a venue where they have already enjoyed tremendous success.

Eight-year-old Dubai Hills, fresh from a three-month break, has already scored seven times at Southwell, while his two-year-younger stablemate Frontier Fighter has visited the winner's enclosure there on three occasions.

Frontier Fighter drops back significantly in distance today after shaping like the best horse in the race for much of the 1m3f trip last month when runner-up to subsequent scorer The Lock Master.

O'Meara said: "Both of mine love it round Southwell, and hopefully both will be prominent. Frontier Fighter has been beaten there by Dubai Hills getting 5lb and gets only 1lb this time, so it will be tougher for him."
