25 % of your losses back yesterday with betfair

I opted in for something similar a couple of days ago, think the amount refunded varies but t and c's here....

Can I take part?

You can only take part if you have been invited to participate directly by Betfair.

You can take part only through one account, and using only the username mentioned in your email or the username that recieved the on-site message.
What do I need to do?

Opt in via the link in your email or on-site message.

Place the minimum amount stated in your email or on-site message on any Exchange sports markets between 00:01 GMT on 19/03/2014 and 23:59 GMT on 23/03/2014 (the promotional period).

Only Exchange bets count.

Bets must be placed and settled during the promotional period.
What's the offer?

If you place your bet(s) as set out above and you make a net loss across those bets, we will refund you with 25% of that net loss up to the maximum amount mentioned in your email or on-site message.

If you make a net profit across your qualifying bets, you won’t be eligible for a refund.

For the avoidance of doubt, commission on winning bets is not considered a 'loss' for the purposes of this promotion. Net losses are calculated by subtracting losses from net winnings on qualifying bets.
When will I be credited?

If you are eligible for a refund, we’ll credit your Betfair account by 23:59 GMT on 24/03/14.

Found the link says 23:59 GMT on 23/03/14 when we should be credited. Does that mean I am getting no refund or they haven't paid it out yet ?

I opted in and I haven't had a refund yet either Tony. Must be a delay.

I'm no marketing guru but this promotion smacks of: "come to Betfair and lose".

I opted in on Saturday, lost £100+, still waiting for the refund. Anyone had any joy yet? Wonder if the delay has anything to do with the withdrawals problem?

The last promotion I received was for a bonus of 25% on horseracing profits between 14/21 March and was paid on the evening of the 21st.

I didn't receive the offer but was it for the Exchange or Sportsbook?

This may or may not be where the problem lies.

It was for the exchange statsman. I never use the Sportsbook.

Yes sparrow your offer was and you've been paid. I assume the offer that's being discussed was a different one because of the date of the op.
Maybe the op as he mentioned didn't look at the t&c's and placed the bets on the wrong platform for the offer.

Well I know I qualify because I had a mare Saturday
