he's done well today,he managed to get one in to second place,the bloke (if that's what he is)is a joke.

Very poor example.The number of competitors will be far higher 'at the off'. After a couple of 'cuts' the value price will be a lot lower. Then again later if only a few are left with a chance 6/4 may be a value play.

Palmer is a fair tipster (he put up a 125-1 winner among his 5 this week) but a terrible punter. As for Birch.... I couldn't say but his tips are generally useless but his punting is apparently very very successful according to his column.

Birchy is a waste of space, but blame Millington, it shows how low the paper has fallen when a two bob guesser is the lead tipster but that is the idea, put a mug punter in as a tipster, let the sheep follow, and keep the paymaster bookie chaps happy

Paper is well past £2 now since another Cheltenham rise (yawn !!!).  Half a lager is becoming relatively cheap.

palmer is a good golf tipster...............this is the most difficult sport to tip winners and he has tipped plenty of them............the issue with palmer is hes a reckless gambler like most of us on here.

Birchy made a few appearances on the old greyhound racing channel that ultimately folded. In appearance reminded me a lot of Stephen Hawkins, but nowhere near as interesting or good looking.

i think the golden rule of horseracing tipsters is not to tip less than 2/1..............

Good luck to him. I think all tipsters in the RP should have a running yearly P/L total contained within their columns. They can use fantasy/impossible to get prices and even if their tips showed a loss? I would have so much more respect for them.

accountability is so easy in betting yet all these tipsters just carry on getting away with it, so many people on here crow about their favourites when if you could see their ROI it may well tell a different story
