champion hurde was fine, but they need to get rid of the fred winter, ruined the triumph but then again its much easier now. & they need to get rid of the 2m4f novice chase.
I agree ej. Like Racingstar says though, it will never happen The racing is diluted. Too many making vast profits now.
They could easily boost the prize money for the handicaps, County Hurdle £45k to winner today.
The three races following the gold cup were an anti-climax,an oppotunity for the bookies to completely screw punters trying to get out of trouble....in future years Cheltenham will finish after the main race for me!
3 days for me too and I would maybe stay for the 3 days rather than go home after the wednesday
Really miss the 30+ fields of the 80s truimph's. Solar Cloud winning at massive odds for Scu is one of my first memories.
