Obviously Big Bucks is my strongest fancy of the meeting. I think My Tent or Yours will win the champion hurdle thats all i have an opinion on at the moment.

Obviously the horses who beat big bucks are nothings in the term of a championship race but it was just a run out for Big Bucks, he travelled through the race superbly, understandably he emptied on heavy ground but it was 1st run back from injury and jockey was easy on him, i dont believe he was anywhere near 100% that day. Next week i fully expect to see him back to his untouchable best.

Sorry Mr Jonny Muppet, CHAIN OF EVENTS wasnt a bad selection its just that you dont have a clue.

The horse had won off a much higher mark on the turf so was very well handicapped. This was his first run on fibresand. He is sired by NAYEF. Nayef is the 2nd most profitable sire in fibresand history. Nayef offspring when running on fibresand have produced 15 wins from 50 runs, well over 50% of them place as well.
Bearing this in mind and knowing CHAIN OF EVENTS had a recent run out and was fit it looked on paper a superb bet at 9/2 today. Unfortunately it didnt work out (wigham is a gambling stable and today the money never went on the horse-make of that what you will.

Holywell been there done that got hired by The Bet Collection to run the Laying service where i used to advise lays  at 3.0 or shorter. 1st month in the job advised 31 lay bets at odds between 3.0 and 1.25- all 31 got beat.

I still have the advert we put in the racing post listing all 31 lay bets that month.

The company went tits up and ended when the 2 directors had a big fall out.

Too much pressure involved as you take it personally with every bad result (well i did anyway).

Not an industry i would have any interest of getting involved in again, too many conmen in the tipping industry and even though our firm was genuine people assume you are dodgy cos of what u do.

Also even tho i could proof these bets to racing post and advertise off the back of it, the reality is any customers would struggle to get £100 ew on these bets so it wouldnt be fair.

Been in the game, dont like it. Im happy with my normal job.

Tes it was a great bet. A great bet is a bet that you can look ar and say i am perfectly happy with my reasons for this bet.
Obviously ut wont always work out on the tracj, but if you are happy with the readons for having a bet then it  is a freat bed regardless of result.

Its just you have no true cobcept of punting/tipping so cant understand this.

To successfully back bigger priced runners you must first identify the horses that wont be winning

To successfully lay horses you must first identify a horse that wont be winning then make sure you can find plenty of horses to beat the horse you identified as wont be winning


Backing, laying short price, middle price, big price runners - theory all the same


All about the individual doing the race analysis. Someone with a good understanding can do any style. They are all the same.
