Why in tory heartland is there only 1 betting shop in Lambourn.Is it ,we will cluster inner cities with our shops but will leave the promised land untouched.

I know its a village. Plenty of villages and small towns with more than 1 bookmakers.Just find a horse racing VILLAGE not having a demand for more than one firms service.T hat seems to be the excuse bookmakers use for clustering.

There was an article in the RP a little while ago, Rodney Masters I think, saying thee are so many immigrants now working in racing in Lambourn who send money home rather than spend it in the local community.

I must say ..some 5 yrs ago I predicted a "cossack" type rider to be of notice amongest the jocks.................doesent seem to have happened yet.............
