had newsletter saying have a £10 double at newbury on saturday and get a free £10 bet if it loses so backed a double on multiples but have been told because I backed it on wrong platform it does not count just wondered if anyone else had same problem

The offer was for sports book. I'd call them and say you were confused by the email.

If you have never bet on sports book then tell them that.

Did my £10 double on the sportsbook site (1 won, Al Ferof didn't) and I was credited with a free bet token (sportsbook) on Saturday night.
As said, not on exchange multiples I'm afraid.
