This horse jumped really poorly first time but still won. It was a very expensive buy and has the flat form to beat the opposition tomorrow. If it hasn't learned to jump it has no chance but there are only 3 flights in the last mile so I think it is value at the current price.

Don't like it at all, yes would of won easier at Kempton if no mistakes but not much beaten there, think this will come too soon, punished if same mistakes in this lot

I quite like his chances but partly because there are holes in the form of the others, Le Rocher looks the most solid.
Totally circumstantial but I just wonder if the Alan King horse might surprise a few, one of the last to run before he shut down and now one of the first back, King has had 4 winners and 1 placed in this race from 6 runners over the last 10 years and has a pretty good record with juvenile hurdlers. Admittedly Ronaldinho was well beaten by Goodwood Mirage on the flat in the summer but that was totally different conditions - I doubt he'd be running unless they expect him to do himself justice. Interestingly, both Ronaldinho and Goodwood Mirage are sired by Jeremy who is also Our Conor's dad. |

Goodwood Mirage form is pretty shocking when you look at it. It will say more about how good the losers are tomorrow if Goodwood Mirage can get it done tomorrow. Le Rocher for me tomorrow.

I was merely pointing out the FACT that the horse cost the current owners 380k at auction. Re the "goodwood posse", I can tell you that the syndicate have been absolutely delighted with their investment, and thoroughly enjoyed seeing their horse run "averagely" prior to the auction |

Can't understand the price of Ballyglasheen. Winning course form, beating one that lines up at 6/1. Plenty of room for improvement - looks a cracking e/w bet at 14/1 to me.

le rocher and VICENZO MIO similer race times in their native france covering each fur in approx. 14.5 sec
but le rocher done it on very soft going were as the former done it on soft , looks as if le rocher ! |

The 4lbs difference with Kentucky Hyden and Vicenzo Mio will have convinced a few that the form will be turned Glossy, GL if you're backing.
It's a mega interesting race, Nick Williams is in love with Le Rocher, I know they said they would have been gutted had it been beat, but did anyone read/hear anything else i.e how fit it was lto? |

glossy m8 on the 3 occasions this horse has encountered plenty cut in the ground its ran like a goat , up too u m8 not for me even skipped a generation his granddad handled a bit cut but best form on good ! no indication on form or breeding its gonna perform on predicted soft ground ,
