It's difficult not to admire BC, sort of in the way that people admired the great train robbers. "Good on ya" sort of thing, but in the final analysis - in both cases - it's the everyday punters that these "heroes" are screwing.

Barney Curley should be knighted for the genius that he is,aside from being one of the greatest punter/gamblers to walk this earth,in his training days he was able to prime a horse after any amount of days off to win its given race,if he had the firepower he could of been champion trainer no doubt about it,all the moaners on here complaining because its cheating etc. really don`t understand that what Barney does is repeated by lots of other trainers on a daily basis,but its not highlighted because most trainers do not like to admit to having a bet where Barney on the other hand is quite forth coming in his desire to relieve the bookmakers of their cash,and all you punters should be applauding the man,for giving the bookies a dose of their own medicine and given half the chance you would join his gambles at a drop of a hat.
