Hi,
I am trying to locate a method of finding the ISP as soon as possible after the off. Only matters in close betting heats where one of the j-favs jumps to clear. I don't always have access to the tv, so looking for a site that uploads isp quickest.

with the advent of technology the starting price should be available within a second of the off , however how you gain access to it is another matter
