I do think he will lose it.
The second has to change it's line otherwise the winner would seriously bump with him.
He loses momentum, loses by a short head and would have won. Winner is not a 1.1 shot in my eyes.

The rules regarding stewards enquiries in GB may be ridiculous but at least they are applied very consistently in the main and you know exactly where you stand.
