I started working for Ladbrokes in june this year as a trainee customer service assistant on minimum wage I passed my training and as of September 15th my money went up due to me being a trainee manager but then moved due to my girlfriend being offered a job up north I got given a transfer with Ladbrokes same conditions but when I spoke to the new manager he told me the vacancy wasn't available till December and because my old boss had told my new boss I was going as a manager not a trainee manager my would be new boss declined my transfer and told me I had to resign I phoned human resources and spoke to them and within 24 hours I was contacted by my would be new boss offering me 16 hours and starting back on minimum wage I need advice as not sure what to do been to cab and they informed me that I cannot take the company to a tribunal due to my length of time with the company not being long enough

It may have been an idea to check  your employment situation before blindly following your girlfriend.
Regretably,I have absolutely no idea where you stand regarding your position with Laddies.

If you carry on writing English as a continuous text then you will always be on minimum wage my friend.  That's a full stop by the way!

Best stay where you are

If ur down south then your better off there anyway

If your girlfriend thinke there is a future with you then let her move back to your neck of the woods

If not there are plenty more pebbles on the beach

yes start looking for a job AS A MANAGER at one of the other firms - you can use your time and experience at Ladbrokes in your application
Only consider staying with Ladbrokes if they give you what you want
