i had to change to firefox to get radio and video today,this feck up by your site every now and then keeps happening.Have you never been told at school"if its not broke dont fix it"for feck sake stop tinkering with the site and leave well enough alone.you are a thundering disgrace as a betting organisation.its time that heads in your company started to roll,and i mean top brass heads.im sure there are plenty of people unemployed who would be delighted to get a job in your organisation and perform it correctly ,now kindly fix the problem and look after you job or somebody else will look after it for you.thank you for your time.

There's been no update to either of those products today or in the recent. Have you had any updates to your anti-virus or firewall for example which would potentially cause issues such as this? With there being no changes our end, this would likely mean a change to either your browser or computer (most likely the firewall).

same here, have to use firefox on mac sometimes for live video.
AS usual,never betfairs fault.i bet you were tinkering this morning,and i will take 1.01 if its going.
they did tinker this morning as below - but this 'should not' have affected radio / video etc, however whilst they were tinkering this morning I noticed that the wallets stalled on loading constantly and whilst I was already logged into the forum a further log in kept popping up which meant I couldnt post in the forum..... no smoke etc....

On a Mac as well and been having problems with radio and video for about a week on Chrome will give firefox a try tomorrow thanks for the tip thought it was just me.
Anyone put a market up yet for how long this takes to sort out.

We tried to fix the problem by locking our sexually deprived chimp into the IT engine room and unfortunately he pulled out a wire and now Colin the janitor/handyman has his mobile phone switched off so therefore we can only apologise for this latest of a long long long line of site crashes.
We suggest that you read War and Peace while we google the problem.(however this could still be your firewall)

This is a disgrace. I wonder if the main Betfair shareholders (that aren't the founders) are aware of how unstable their platform is. No wonder their venture in to the financial markets failed - they would be closed down with the service levels they perform to. No apology, no compensation, NOTHING...

Dear betfair,why don't you close down for a week.give all the staff a holiday with pay.have a meeting amoung the top brass management and sack a few.And get all the issues sorted out during the same week.
