I was under the impression that he was a member of the Prep Teaching Staff at Lambrook School in Berkshire.

He does appear in bursts though. Could be,if he is the person on the staff at that school,that he has what are probably long holiday periods to play around in. I think he started off as a fisherman,but there are now signs of a worrying narcissistic obsession. He is quite funny on occasion though.
