Fontwell Park    14.10    Instinctual

Instinctual's form at Stratford has turned out very well. The extra two furlongs will suit and I think he can go one better today.

Fontwell Park    14.40    Virginia Ash

I have always felt that Virginia Ash would make a good chaser and he has filled out over the summer and is schooling really nicely. This trip and ground are absolutely ideal and it looks a pretty weak race. I think we should win this race.

Cant believe how negative some of the idiots who go on here are. I thought this was a forum looking for things to read, and if anything helps find winners then a Horse Racing Forum would be a good place to find them.

Fontwell Park    15.50    Falcon Island

Falcon Island wasn't finishing his races last year so he has a wind operation to deal with that. He is bright and well and is schooling nicely. He should run a big race today but you always fear something coming out of a handicap. If the wind op makes a big difference, which it often does, and there are no surprises in the race then he has a big chance.

Hexham    15.30    Up For An Oscar         Up For An Oscar only went up 1lb for a good second last time and I think we should have a good chance as long as the rain holds off. I have never had a winner at Hexham and I hope that will change today!

Ascot    16.15    Spice Fair         Jimmy Fortune has always said that he thinks Spice Fair is better on soft ground and with the rain that Ascot had last night, it should be what he gets today. If he is right then he would have a chance at making the frame as he has been putting in some good work at home.

Ascot    15.40    Goodwood Mirage         Goodwood Mirage ran a good solid race last time out and this step up in trip is exactly what he wants. Any rain won't be a problem today and I expect a big run and expect him to make the frame.

Ascot    16.50    Whipper Snapper         This is a much hotter race than Whipper Snapper won last time out at Lingfield. He won't mind the ground though and I am just hoping for a decent run but can't be overly confident.

Ascot    15.40    Refectory         Refectory is going to the sales and this is really to give him a chance at a higher level. I do think he is a decent horse and whilst he may not be good enough to win this race, he could possibly sneak into a place.

Ascot    16.15    Ballinderry Boy         Ballinderry Boy won well last time last time. He is up 8lbs today but off the bottom of the weights, I think he has a great chance as he is a good old galloper and the race he won at Kempton could turn out to be quite decent.

Ascot    16.50    Purcell         If Purcell can stay the 7 furlongs is the big question. It's a bit of an unknown and the rain won't really have helped his chances but if it is good to soft as the going says and he gets the extra trip then he could go well but it's a big if in my book.

in his early days he used to pretend to be in the know, although it was tongue in cheek he'd say things like just had a fax from the track etc but in essence he was posting the same stuff

now he's being upfront, sure it's mostly rehashed from a tipping site but he's not hiding that, he's been honest

i think you should give him a break, he'll hit one sooner or later

Wolverhampton    20.55    Signature Dish

Signature Dish has got a great chance tonight. She is proven on this new surface and the smaller field will help as she isn't very big but I am full of confidence!

Wolverhampton    19.55    Living The Life

Living The Life is NOT 8lbs better off on the AW like the Racing Post comment, she is 8lbs well in as she is due to go up 8lbs tomorrow. She should have won last time out but everything went wrong for her. This looks a very good opportunity to rectify that and she should win.
