I cannot understand any bookmaker refusing such a bet. Disgraceful.
they must have your photo up behind the counter..

Betfair sp was 2.84 about Outstrip on Saturday - available, I would imagine, to proper money. High street bookies will run their business as they see fit and if that means knocking back £100 bets on short priced favourites they are well within their rights to do so. I left them to their cartoon racing, bingo & fobt's many years ago and will never go back. Regards.
Next time some smug PR talks about how they have laid this one to big money THEN CAN THE INTERVIEWER PLEASE QUIZ HER/HIM ABOUT RESTRICTING THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR MINOR AMOUNTS
