I have done it the other way round, worked all my life. Retired now, bet every day, being careful, not reckless, to try to win a few points every month.

My average winnings are about 100 points (£1000) a month so far.

Not in the big league by any stretch of the imagination, by I enjoy it and I think that is what matters most. (would hate to get into the state some do on here)
