I had a 4 fold accumulator for £50 with these guys this am on racing in Australia, the final 2 legs at melton harness in Victoria, 12.44 and 13.44, both won at short prices, checked my acct to see if it has been settled, after 5 chats online and 4 phone calls and getting the same answer "it has been sent to the settlers to be settled" it is now 2 hours later and still nothing, they say that they are waiting to confirm the result, I also sent them 7 links to results at that meeting. is this the firm that prides themselves n customer service????? I also asked if they would compensate me for the delay the said no. has anyone else experienced such disgraceful service or am I just unlucky?????

You should be grateful they actually took a bet off you, in fact if they are accepting bets of you I would take a seriously good look at myself and my betting

A £50 4 horse acca on Australian racing, no wonder they keep your account open. Why would you expect to be compensated for having to wait for 2 hours? ffs get real. I'd guess that you put your last £50 in your account on 4 shorties, they all won and you have no funds in your account until this bet is settled, therefore you can't bet on anything else until it's sorted. Why else would you be on here complaining about a winning acca? Moaning for the sake moaning.

Spot on Kenbo I reckon.Sounds like the last nifty was spent on trotting rather than the weekly food shop! Compensation for 2 hours is a must though! What do you want compensated- the lost interest you could have earned on it from the bank!! Ridiculous thread.
