really serious question, why is she employed by them. gorgeous yes but cant see any point in her on the programme, and whose looking after her kids while shes always on the programme.

Why do you want someone on C4 who knows something about betting on horses. Surely this would be bad news for you as a punter. It is to your advantage that the pundits give ill advise on a daily basisto the viewers
Emma plays a very important role. She has to get the jockey to confirm after each race "She/he's TOUGH isn't she/he?" Without the jockey' reply to this incisive question we would all be up the paddle without a creek imo. Anyway it keeps her away from Cattermole for the afternoon.
I have the sound off, just watch hoping for a peek up her skirt.

her family knew more about how to win on the horses than any of us, and she was a very good jockey herself
She isn't great but she does have a greater knowledge than the jack of all trades who presents the programme. Just goes to show how we have all been brainwashed.

I just made that point to my wife. Mostly she can't have seen the race. At Sandown and Goodwood she is well away from the action and the big screen where she stands waiting to interview the winner. She must be briefed over her earpiece.
Same applies to Clare who mostly sees the race on a small monitor.

If Emma and Clare were asked to talk us through the card at say Goodwood tomorrow - minus any homework - no doubt both would be poor but do you seriously think Clare would do the better job? The woman is a total bluffer.
Someone on here said she was gorgeous, Christ are your eyes painted on. Ordinary at best.
