Sounds like some geeza threatened the OP. Said threatening geeza had a shop, which has now gone bust?Crazy Possibly due to the OP's truth tellingMischief.

There are fellows who you are all afraid to name on here. You all like to give it large but we all know who they are and you won't even name them.

By:

When: 15 Jul 13 23:48
Yes and the threat came from the fellow whose business went bust

How's a business that use fast pics go bust?
By:

When: 15 Jul 13 23:57
He only had betting shop pictures not fast pics

Who provides "Fast Pics" Mike??
By:

When: 16 Jul 13 00:03
Forgive my ignorance
But why would somebody who apparently went bust using standard pics threaten over the potential outing of some using fast pics?
Surely part of the reason they went bust would be others playing with marked cards?

we went through all that the name of the firm and who gets them. I was on a job in Yorks and met some of the young kids involved. As soon as I named the firm I received heavy threats but since then my would be assassin has had a few of his own problems and he's not relevant now.

They went bust because there are so many at the tracks playing in running and are a second ahead of the sis pics in trading shops.
By:

When: 16 Jul 13 00:06
That's not relevant I think he was muscling in to get in with the York firm. I was seriously scared. The York firm are seriously heavy and their tentacles extend everywhere.

Pass it on to Macintyre then.
Or Mccloud
But forget Big Mac, I suspect he couldn't give a 5hit unless he could get a spot on the in house pics

The point I am making is that only people with something to hide make threats. They said I was a conspiracy nut when I gave out the company details and names of the individuals who are using video directly from the tracks. They are not on course they are sat in York. There are young lads driving around in £60K motors and they are only workmen. Open your eyes.

Agree with you mike but the pictures these guys would have been using won't be the standard betting shop pictures. They will be live pictures from the track as you say above

You were right in the main though

The problem though is that however unpalatable it might seem, is it illegal?
I suspect the only 'rules' that are broken are those of the rights holders' agenda.

Who is going to police the fact that pics are sold to some and not others, certainly not the GC?

The interesting point here is how the mastermind in York has played you all for fools. They make their cash using feeds that they obviously pay good money for plus they lay non triers. it's a simple strategy and if you recruit an army of layers to help you out they act as unpaid propagandists and muscle when someone like me pops up. I inspect concrete for a living so I don't care what I say on here but I don't like being threatened by fat blokes who probably can't walk up the stairs without having a breather.

how are ppl being played for fools?
the ppl of this exchange dont own the pics and if no rules are breached what can anyone do about it?
If there was something, and you believe you have facts then pass them onto somebody who will

You give yourself away Dusty. You keep going on about which rules have been broken. We know who the main man who set this all up is. Its obvious and if his name is mentioned this topic will be deleted by the mods.

the added problem is that all the stuff you wrote originally was supposition.
assuming people were doing things (that arguably isnt even unlawful I suspect) because they have nice motors etc.
You would be surprised at the figures that some people make on here, with and some without any advantage, does that mean every winner is under suspicion?

calling people fools for just getting on with stuff and making decent money themselves seems a rather rash and flawed judgment.

Non of this is anything to do with me, so I dont see how I give myself away Im simply looking at it logically....if you can tell me which rules are broken and what the remedy is then Im all ears

Here we go lads, here come the infantry. Dustybin knows my allegations by heart! Strange that, it's like they are carved on his heart. If this all came out it would show the systematic fleecing by a specific firm and their agents. The legality of it all I don't know, but for sure if your average punter knew the setup they wouldn't play.
