Back to Purple,yes i was laying Ruby,this shower is getting worse by the minute.

Not suprised about this. Lots more errors in HR cause the of the amount of staff redunacies there has been in the department.

Update 1:

The market was malformed with the reserves not in the market, two of those reserves have gone on to run. The market was suspended once the issue was noticed and subsequently it remained suspended throughout the race and was not offered in-play.

As the two reserves have not affected the outcome, the market will be manually settled as per the result.

what annoys me about BF is they just don't care if they p iss customers off or not.In a cases like this where they have made a mistake.They should be prepared to lose from it not just their customers,pay the winners and also refund the losers.Many would have been stuck in positions they did not want,so would have lost money because of another mistake by Betfair. Whenever you call them you get all the sympathy ollocks but they never do anything.Must cost them a lot more by losing customers than to refund.

Betfair love doing whatever it takes to keep hold of their commission
