the reason is they didn't include the 2 reserves ,so therefore it seems pretty certain all bets will be void.The incompetence continued when they didn't open the keep the race option .Will cost me about £600 .Betfairs fault on this occasion .

I had 70 on winner and 100 on place, surely cant void my bet was done at 6.00

Feel for you blunder - this is plainly Betfair's fault but they will never admit it otherwise they would have to recompense you.  It wasn't me guv.

They have paid out ,sorry to anyone who I may have mistakenly lead them to believe the race
would be void.
