AK for the win, form looks up to scratch and should be classy enough to translate it to turf.. Has won on Dirt, Tapeta, Polytrack and a fine effort on Turf in the Breeders Cup when he beat off Excelebration cosily enough. The winner WiseDan is a beast who I would've lumped on if he had come over for this. Seem to also recall his old man Leroidesanimeux absolutely destroying them in the Woodbine Mile on softish ground.

A boring choice, but just cannot see beyond Animal Kingdom.

Deary me, see plenty of 6/4 shots which scream lay during the week, but 2.5 layers of Animal Kingdom here will be kicking themselves later, he's a monster of a horse and if he takes to this straight mile which he should, he wins. 2.5 is a huge price.

Declaration of War will be the one most likely to beat AK. Ran a stinker last time out but when Ballydoyle smash their horses and they flop they often come back even better next time.
