NA was the old unexpected error for me BUT after about ten attempts it loaded fine and stayed that way.

ayr worked, newton abbot worked
but southwell still doesnt

This problem has nothing to do with browsers, at least not here. I try IE, Chrome and Firefox when it goes off - with the same result.

It seems we all have different results depending on what race we are watching and what browser we are using. This is ridiculous Betfair. It must be something BF are doing their end as I never have any problems with any of the other sites live video no matter what browser I use.

I would challenge them to say to any browser company that it's their problem. They would laugh in their face.

Betfair will you do something FFS.

In regards to Ayr not working, can you try clearing the cache on the computer as we have it streaming here on multiple systems and browsers.

Clearing the cache is more often than not customer service speak for they have'nt got a clue. I have tried numerous browsers, another laptop and another separate connection and i have'nt seen one race all afternoon!!!

Bilbo you are correct it is absolutely demeaning. If there are that many setups in place,proven and tested can they not suggest something that can work for ALL of us?

Or perhaps get somebody to replicate what we are seeing which I can assure them will not be in their offices with some of the most powerful servers around.

There is an important update regarding the Live Video service at the top of the Horse Racing forum.

Making a "Global change" in the middle of a working day is ridiculous.

These normally take place in low traffic periods i.e early hours of the morning.

Thirty-three - There is never a good time for these to occur but we have no control over what our supplier does. A finish at that time in the morning should not affect UK and IRE horse racing.

Rcing - BCM2 is still around, just not right now.
