From the 3F - 2F pole he's making an effort. Then horse starts to pick up and from that point he's doing his best to make sure he doesn't beat his stable mate.

Have to say on the replay that looks shocking. From 3furlongs from home onwards he was of no real assistance. First 2 furlongs he was driving the head off him. Not a word from Harvey or Fitzgearld. Morons of the highest order.
