As already replied ... the 'Double' simply becomes a SINGLE on the OTHER horse.
You will have to explain MORE, your .... "cross" bet Maybe you mean - say, £1 on A - 'if cash' > £1 B ... and Reversed. But the modern technology of betting has rendered many of those type of bets redundant. |

a cross double would be 6 bets.
two win singles two place singles one double win one double place you would get back 5 x 4 = £20 i take it its 1/5 place terms so £4 no stake back in cross double single bets your stake returned for the rest so £16 £36 back. |
