Supposedly with a 15 year old girl. Not clear whether we are really talking about rape or what the Americans would call Statutory rape because she was underage. Obviously both are illegal but if it's the latter then dragging it up after 42 years seems a bit ott. If it's the former then by all means throw the book at him but how do they prove it ?
