We all have losing days John, remember its just a game after all.

they should hold the Derby at york onlooker. Sunny southwell about the only place on the planet you can witness easy winners these days(not easy to find) but if you do fancy one and it clicks you feel much better about life and generally over before the final furlong(will keep one eye on that meeting)

I will miss that paddock judge that stands at midlands tracks pointing his bins in the pre parade (think he might be a Timeform chap),the bearded one,now i know he was looking for injection marks(bless him)

Good luck John, I love Wolverhampton too. We are back for the Soul and Motown night later on in the year. Ten of us went last year for The Beatles night and stayed over at the course hotel. Everyones going back so that tells you something.

Racing was also good on the night, most of us won with me and my Dad cleaning up. Godolphin had two decent maidens and the place was packed with a great atmosphere. The restaurant was top class, my brother swans around in 5 star places and he said the food compared with any.
