These chaps claim to have been tortured with electric shocks to their genitals amongst other things. As the ruler of Dubai is in effect a Dictator he can hardly not accept some responsibility if these claims are true. Perhaps he should be classed as " an undesirable alien " whilst Cameron has the allegations properly investigated.

The President of the UAE starts a state visit to the UK today. Therefore, now is the appropriate time to ask him some searching questions about his countries appalling human rights record and the recent torture allegations. Somehow, I don't think that will happen.
