Nope. But tbf - the time I win most is G1 Tracks, Class 1-3, from July onwards.

The only way handicaps could be tackled is if you knew the plans for each horse as set out by the trainers.
Which are there just to get the handicap down, and which are triers. So,unless you are on close terms with all the trainers you may as well play the lottery. |

Pretty much the same as Facts, but 4y0+ hcps (no 5f races)are the very best for me.
Trouble is hardly ever have a good hcp in the week unless there is a meet on, and every qualifying race is crammed in on a saturday. |

I can't make any sense whatsoever of the mid week fodder hcps, so no longer even waste my time on them.
Easier money to be made with the yank stuff. Used to swear by the all weather, no longer even watch let alone bet. |

Too many of last seasons results based on soft/heavy form,a lot of well handicapped good ground horses going to appear next few weeks.

Best watch for a month or two - infact why bother at all?

My average win/run ratio in Sprint ( 5f-8f) H'caps from July is 1/3 and average sp of winning bets in is 13/2. A handsome profit for the last 7 years.
That's why I bother. |

I virtually only bet on class 1 to 3 handicaps for 4yo+ on the flat, they are the most predictable category of race
love them, great punting medium, I'm with Facts |
