Keep getting this message when i try and add funds to my account, anyone else having problems?

happened to me on Thursday, rang up and deposited funds over the phone, wanted bet on Chelsea game, won ,so be warned, don't put it off, you never know !!

WTF is going on? Still cant deposit any money, so much for grabbing an early price. Can anyone recommend anther betting site similar to this ie bet and lay

Had the same problem since Thursday,after a couple of emails without reply,tweeted them on twitter,they said to telephone HD,After 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone on telephone,they informed me that a handfull of Accounts had this problem,asked me a few questions and they manually deposited funds into my Account.

Just phoned 0844 871 0000 kept on hold 11mins 30secs lost my temper slammed the phone down. Fk you betfair trying another site

Same error here, since THURSDAY, and it is now SUNDAY (28th April 2013) evening. I phoned on Friday and was told they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Fairly BIG problem to leave for such a length of time, without even a better error advice page when this fault occurs?

tried again two or three times today including changing back to
old view still same message
pretty poor for a business
