cant get on their website. when i can say do small golf bets 1.80 ew at 40/1 laughably 'referrred to trader. very unuesr friendly.. terrible website
cant get on in their shops for more than £10..have actually had a cashier call me back they mistakenly laid a whole £20..she cancelled the bet it was only 5/1.
they dont answer the phone just rang at 8.30 ..phone just rings and rings and rings....nothing has changed there then
what is the point in them..if they dont want to make a book and lay some bets why dont they rebrand and sell fish or something.
UTTERLY POINTLESS AND USELESS...EASILY THE WORST..PUTS BOOKMAKING INDUSTRY TO SHAME
Oh and their customer service/ complaints office is absymal..dont wanna know..

Just spent 11, eyes eleven minutes on the phone trying to back a 7/1 shot for 27/10.50. Refused and offered 20.50/10.50.
Bad enough but cashier simply didn't know what she was doing. Put thru the each way bet and said that's on. I asked about the win part, she said do I want that as well. Her system started playing up and left me on hold again. Eventually said I could go and she would put it on.
I had funds in their , not sure if she knew this or not.
Worst ever experience of trying to place a bet in 20 years.
Don't want to complain as would probably close the account.

Yes not eyes, there not their. Stupid predictive texting. Or whatever it is.
Funniest one was when I backed McDowell ew for the Open last year at 20/1 £50ew. He placed so I went to pick up my £300 and they told me it was only £250 as the price was 16s not 20s. I pointed out that he was 20s on the screen when they placed the bet, their cashier had written price on and signed it... Still wouldn't budge....
Other day I phoned up and asked for £400 on three correct score bets on snooker and was offered £20 on each at 6s, 13/2 & 9s...
When they did their even money Sprinter Sacre special they would only lay me a tenner despite advertising £20 on all of their adverts

Korals the worst? What when there are so many others in the running for the title.
Simple answer is FOBTs
They make books so they can keep their shop licences without any intention of laying a reasonable bet.
I can't remember the last time I had a bet accepted in full by them.

I got £20 on strinter sacre at evens got my statement from then after Cheltenham stated I was £20 in credit, no cheque sent out, had to phone up for it. Also now when you have an anti-post bet with them the stake is taken from your account when you place the bet,not when the horse has lost. GET THE FOBT OUT OF THE SHOPS AND MAKE THEM EARN THERE MONEY LIKE THEY USED TO DO.
got e400 ew on one at 5/2, hadnt had a bet with them in years...won easy.
Next bet e400 ew 5/2............referred to trader.....e50 win offered....
