I'm sure some people in racing think "the result" means the winner only.
Vasily would at the very least have been 2nd but now its owners have to accept 3rd place prize money through no fault of their own and Validus was in contention for 3rd and again through no fault with his connections has finished out of the frame. Did the interference affect the result? Or course it did if you think the result counts as more than just the winner. |
