Will they now get a long ban and be sent on an anger management course by the BHA?

One of Vincent O'Briens /Lester on board circa 1977 was disqualified at the Newmarket July meeting for biting an opponent and then going on to win the race, think it was called Minsky

There's a famous picture from Belmont in the early 80s of a horse trying trying to take a chunk out of Golden Derby mid-race.

Stewarts....agreed, Ubedizzy was probably the biggest nutjob seen on a racecourse!

Mariinsky was the MVO'B horse. He wore a muzzle subsequently. Won the July Cup in it by 3 lengths but bumped Gentilhombre on the way through and got DQ'd. Died of a twisted gut not long after. Born under a bad sign!

Guy Harwood's Hibernian Gold was a decent group performer in the mid 80's and he sported a net muzzle.

Jim Boyle's Caprio tried to take a bite out of Jake the Snake a few years back. Link on the RP not working. First time I'd seen that on a track. Have read about Ubedizzy's exploits. Did he not bite someone's finger off?

There was one renowned for doing that back in the late 70's after that he ran in a muzzle.
