just wondering what there like to work for , and if there good payers and any bonuses they have in place , i currently work for fred which is absolutely awful and am on £6.80 a hour to manage the shop i work in which in all fairness is totally ridiculous , anyway hopefully ill get some positive feedback before i have a interview , thanks

well said dave, who cares what grammar is like in a racing forum. guy is working for little pay so he is trying to better him self.

good luck as you're trying. many on here just doss around all day. as you manage a shop , they clearly believe you're an honest individual. do you know any course bookmakers from your area. they often need extra staff for the summer. the pay is double or more what you currently get but only paid on days worked but much more fun |

swift, to manage a shop for that money is poor stuff on FDs part no wonder he is
worth supposedly in excess of 600 million GBP paying a key member of staff less than the Governments recommended living wage. Shameful. |

Tbh working for Fred is a complete joke , I'm a manager of 1 of his shops and am on slightly more than £6.80 , it's just 1 big piss take , how can you justify paying people that to run 1 of your shops !! Anybody here know what sort of hourly rate paddy pays his staff then ?
